One negative aspect of working directly with foreign suppliers is having to decipher instruction manuals and complex software installation processes written in poor English. With every product we import, we work with the supplier to simplify installation procedures, rewrite manuals in proper English, and redesign the packaging to ensure simple operation guidelines, ease of use, and an overall much higher quality presentation in the final product.
