  2. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

     

    Our low-cost business model is designed to provide just-in-time inventory from our factories, allowing us to pass the savings on to our clients.  Production time and shipping from our overseas factories can range from 14-25 days.  Production and delivery from our domestic factory can be within 7 days if necessary. 

     

    For any items that we have in stock, we will ship out within one business day after the order is received.

  3. What are the payment terms and policies?

    We accept credit cards (US orders only), Paypal™, wire transfers, and also can extend credit upon an approved application.  For more details, click on the Payment Methods link in the Service Menu on the Homepage.

  4. What are the minimum order quantities?

    For all of our Flash Memory products (USB Flash Drives, mp3 players, mp4 players), we specialize in customizing these products for our clients and therefore do not carry inventory in these items.  Minimum order quantities for most models is 100pcs, however, some private tooling designs or special requests may require higher order quantities. 

    We do carry inventory on some of our BLUETOOTH® products and other miscellaneous items, and require no minimum order quantities on items that are in stock.  Please contact us for more information regarding your specific needs.

  5. Does iFox Technologies, Inc. drop-ship orders for clients?

    iFox Technologies, Inc. will drop-ship products bulk orders (100pcs or more) of USB/mp3/mp4 products from our factories directly to clients in order to speed the delivery of the product, if necessary.  Due to our policy on minimum order quantities, iFox does not drop-ship individual mp3/mp4/USB orders.

    iFox Technologies, Inc. will drop-ship orders for any of the items that we currently have in stock (please contact us for an update on current inventory).  Clients will pay for the items in advance via Paypal™ and send the fulfillment information via email.  iFox will ship out the product and send a confirmation on the next business day.

  6. Is there a warranty on iFox Technologies, Inc. products?

    iFox Technologies, Inc. provides a one-year warranty against all manufacturer's defects on any products purchased from us.  We will replace and/or refund our clients the purchase price of any malfunctioning products.  Improper use or exposure of the product to water, fire, electric shock, or other abuse will void this warranty.

  7. What is the return policy?

    Any iFox Technologies, Inc. products purchased from our stock can be returned to us within 30 days, unopened and unused, for a refund on the purchase price of the product (does not cover shipping costs).  We do not accept returns on customized products.
